Shipping Policy

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 10 AM. Orders placed after 10 AM will be delivered the following day.

Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns on products in the event of delivery damage or if a product, under warranty, is found to be malfunctioning within the specified warranty period. To qualify for a return, the product must be installed professionally and following the provided product guidelines.

 

For damaged products upon delivery, please notify us within 2 days of receipt to initiate the return process. We will arrange for the return shipping and promptly provide a replacement product.

 

If a product experiences issues within the warranty period due to manufacturing defects or malfunctions, don't hesitate to get in touch with us with details of the problem. Our team will assess the situation and assist in troubleshooting or arranging for a replacement, as necessary.
